Privacy Policy
Glass & Closet Solutions (“Glass & Closet Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected when you use the GC Solutions CRM, related customer quote and approval pages, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).
Effective Date: September 3, 2026
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how the Service is used, we may collect business and customer information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing or job-site addresses, project details, quotes, invoices, payment status, signatures, drawings, measurements, photographs, notes, and other information submitted in connection with a project.
We may also collect technical and operational information necessary to operate the Service, such as timestamps, activity history, browser or device information, authentication information, and records of actions performed within the Service.
2. QuickBooks and Intuit Data
The Service may connect with Intuit QuickBooks Online when an authorized user chooses to connect an account. When connected, the Service may access, create, synchronize, or display QuickBooks data needed for CRM and accounting workflows, including customers, invoices, invoice numbers, balances, payment status, payment amounts, and related transaction information.
QuickBooks information is used only to provide and operate the requested integration and related business functions. Access to QuickBooks is subject to the permissions granted by the authorized QuickBooks user and may be disconnected when supported by the Service.
We do not sell QuickBooks data or use it for unrelated advertising.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to operate the GC Solutions CRM; prepare and manage quotes, jobs, invoices, and customer records; process and record customer approvals and signatures; synchronize authorized information with QuickBooks Online; maintain activity and audit history; communicate regarding projects and services; troubleshoot, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; comply with legal obligations; and protect Glass & Closet Solutions, its customers, and authorized users.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and technology providers only when reasonably necessary to operate, host, secure, support, or integrate the Service; with Intuit when an authorized user uses the QuickBooks integration; when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Service.
Service providers are expected to handle information only for the purposes for which it is provided and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic system or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and accounting records, preserve project and activity history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal requirements. Some records may be retained after a customer or project is removed from an active CRM view when retention is reasonably necessary for accounting, audit, legal, or business-record purposes.
6. Customer Signatures and Project Records
The Service may allow customers to review quotes, approve or decline work, request changes, and provide electronic signatures. These records may include the signer’s name, signature, date and time, quote information, and related project information. Such records may be retained as business records associated with the applicable project.
7. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
The Service may use browser storage, cookies, session storage, local storage, or similar technologies when necessary to maintain sessions, preferences, application state, security, or functionality. These technologies are used to operate the Service and are not intended for the sale of personal information.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask questions about information associated with you or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate business, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, audit, or legal purposes.
Authorized QuickBooks users may disconnect the QuickBooks integration through available account or application controls.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business and home-improvement transactions and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Service.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Third-party services have their own privacy practices and terms. Glass & Closet Solutions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date displayed above and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
