End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Use
This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the GC Solutions CRM and related customer quote, approval, project, and integration features (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Glass & Closet Solutions (“Glass & Closet Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Effective Date: September 3, 2026
1. License and Permitted Use
Subject to this Agreement, Glass & Closet Solutions grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for legitimate business and project-related purposes.
No ownership interest in the Service or its software is transferred to any user.
2. Authorized Users and Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used to access the Service and for activity performed through their authorized access. Users must promptly notify Glass & Closet Solutions if they become aware of unauthorized access or a security concern.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information; interfere with or disrupt the Service; introduce malicious code; reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise; impersonate another person; submit information you do not have authority to provide; or use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or entity.
4. Quotes, Approvals, and Electronic Signatures
The Service may allow customers to review quotes, request changes, accept or decline proposals, and provide electronic signatures. By submitting an electronic approval or signature, the user represents that the information provided is accurate and that the user has authority to act for the applicable customer or organization.
Project pricing, scope, deposits, payment terms, expiration dates, and other commercial terms shown on a quote or separate agreement govern the applicable project and are separate from this software-use Agreement.
5. QuickBooks Online Integration
The Service may integrate with Intuit QuickBooks Online. A QuickBooks connection may be established only by an authorized user who grants the required permissions.
When connected, the Service may exchange information with QuickBooks for functions such as customer synchronization, invoice creation, balance information, and payment-status synchronization. Users are responsible for reviewing accounting information for accuracy and for maintaining appropriate accounting records.
QuickBooks and Intuit are third-party services. Glass & Closet Solutions does not control their availability, functionality, security, or terms and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.
6. User and Customer Data
Users retain their rights in information they are authorized to submit to the Service. Users grant Glass & Closet Solutions the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, synchronize, back up, and otherwise use that information to operate and support the Service.
Use of personal information is also governed by the Glass & Closet Solutions Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, interfaces, branding, workflows, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Glass & Closet Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“QuickBooks,” “Intuit,” and related marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance or integration does not imply ownership by Glass & Closet Solutions.
8. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the Service or any third-party integration will be available at all times or without errors.
9. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” GLASS & CLOSET SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
The Service is a business-management tool and is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLASS & CLOSET SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to indemnify and hold Glass & Closet Solutions harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from the user’s unlawful use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or submission of information without appropriate authority.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material violation of this Agreement, unlawful activity, security risk, or other conduct that reasonably threatens the Service, Glass & Closet Solutions, customers, or other users.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law provisions—will survive.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate project-specific quote, contract, or agreement applicable to a transaction, constitutes the applicable agreement concerning use of the Service, subject to any separate written agreement expressly governing the same subject.
